Hearts for Change is a collective movement supporting school projects in , Kenya, and building bridges far beyond it.
We believe education doesn’t just change one life — it shifts entire communities.
Inspired by the belief that every person, every action, and every effort fits together like a puzzle

What we do
We support Little Angels School, a 100% community-led school in Mabambani, Kenya.
Why does this school matter? Many government schools still require fees and do not provide free meals, making education out of reach for families living on limited incomes.
